In a modern 2000M2 ISO 9002 certified factory with 50% clear white rooms of 3 classes (classe 10 000, classe 1000 and classe 100) with a monthly production capacity of 40K/pieces.

Touch screens

The touch panel is the last data acquisition mode. Easier than mouse or keyboard.

Some more advantages: Faster, stronger, no any space needed.

A touch panel in made of 2 components:

the glass piece and the controler.

- The glass is laying on the monitor and is used by single pressure.

- The controler send the information to the central process unit.

Some touch panel use: video games, PDA, mobile phone, GPS, household electronics etc...

Two  kind of touch panels: analog and digital.

(Output on 4 or 8 conductors)

Different upper film for diiferent pressure and different uses and different light reflection.

Membrane keyboards

A membrane keyboard is made by 4 flexible layers of polyester (PET).

The upper one is F150 with any kind of printed matter (logo, switch meanings etc...)

The 2 middle ones are printed with the circuit layout and the switches.

The last one is the glued and protection.

We will realise your protos free of any charge and send them within 10 to 15 days for your acceptance.
