Product Design

Europe is still very well known in term of Industrial Design. We have tight corporation with several industrial designers and works closely with engineering offices and technical department of companies.

We can offer you a free consultation between your company and an industrial design office within our network to exchange new ideas, but also about functionality and design of your current product and or concepts.  Thus you can always follow the fast changing market demand and requirements of your clients of new markets.

A first draft is enough to realize a final and efficient design in 2D and 3D. This again in close cooperation with European industrial designers. Especially in this phase large saving can be made in the design.

Product engineering

The conversion of a creative design to a definitive concept is done in cooperation with engineers and designers from Europe. The execution of the definite design is done completely in China. The unique combination of Western design, cheap engineering, production and quality control in China, give a large cost advantage.

Quality, safety and technical requirements define the final quality of the product. The material and tolerances are being test in their application, drawings are made on a final design. All this confirms the requirement of the customer.

Before starting the production a prototype will be made to verify the theory of the drawing in daily use. We can realize this either in Europe or Asia depending the wishes of the client. Different modeling, such as prototyping, wood a PS structures ....

Tool Design

Each design is carefully test by feasibility in cooperation with our local partners. Our tool engineers prepare the mould design before negotiations starts with the client and production partner about the specification.

Everything confirms the requirement made in coordination with the client. Efficiency in communication is indispensable.

The first sample will be shown for verification to the customer together with our own quality report. With the help of this report and the modifications of the client the mould can be optimized to achieve the best possible final result.

Manufacturing Support

China is the manufacturer of the world, but which factory is the most suitable and most reliable to make your product?

Each factory has it’s own specialization on the the production process, however, this doesn’t always appear in the beginning. Throughout our extensive selection process we have established a solid network of manufacturers for the different production processes

- Plastic injection (simple, bi injection, blow moulding)
- Metal casting (Casting high and low pressure, gravity mould, sand casting, lost wax, etc)

Quality control

Quality control doesn’t not only include the final product, but also the product ability of the design, communication with the client, material check and the processing of the feedback etc.

We are familiar with the bottlenecks during the production process and know how to anticipate on that. This is done by means of:

- A selection of the right production partners on a basis of the quality standards

- Checking the suppliers of the selected factories

- Random test during production

- Random test after production and before shipping

Upon request of the client we could consult a third party to confirm the identity of the material
